The purpose of the NJP-800 capsule filling machine is to fill hollow capsule equipment with powder, particles, or small pieces, among other materials. Our factory has developed the ideal filling machine by combining the best features of similar products from other countries with the realities of the domestic market. The production process also fully complies with GMP standards.

 

 

1. To assure the precision and longevity of the equipment, the mold turntable's internal design has been enhanced and the original Japanese linear bearing has been incorporated.

2. The pressure atomization pump is incorporated into the CAM design to maintain lubrication in the CAM groove, minimize wear, and increase the parts' service life.

3. Decide to increase the CAM indexing box. A few RU100 and RU83 indexing boxes for home use are now supporting the usage of enterprises; despite the increase in cost, the machine's stability and service life are significantly improved.

4. To accomplish simple operation that is visually appealing and easy to understand, computer control, step-less frequency conversion speed regulation, and digital display are used.

5. Based on the lower plane of the measuring plate, the three-dimensional adjusting mechanism has uniform clearance, which ensures the difference of loading volume and accurate measurement, and is controlled within ±3.5%.

6. The capsule control switch (controlled outside the body, safer and more convenient) is added.

7. Add a point control system to facilitate humanized operation in production and cleaning.
